We started the company by REIMAGINING how senior care could be delivered. When we studied traditional in-home care agencies, we found many areas of unnecessary costs that could be eliminated as well as important ways we could streamline the overall operation.

 

From the beginning, our five primary goals have been to;

 

1) Reduce the overall cost of care for clients and their families;

2) Attract and retain elite caregivers by providing higher wages, dignity, and respect;

3) Significantly raise the standards of quality for in-home senior care;

4) Adhere to all laws and regulations (e.g., IRS, Dept of Labor, & VA Employment Commission)

5) Manage all aspects of care and caregivers for our clients  

 

Today, not only have we reached or exceeded our goals, but we're also helping to transform the way that in-home senior care will be delivered in the future.

 

At the center of our success is our elite team of caregivers known as the Concierge Caregivers, who provide our clients with the finest care wherever they may call home. Upon request, we can also provide our clients with Concierge Home Nursing Visits performed by a licensed nurse. And we are proud to partner with leading Aging Life Care Professionals to provide expanded services ranging from Geriatric Care Managers, Nurse Case Managers, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Social Workers, Patient Advocates, and more.
